Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee has admitted that 8 per cent gross domestic product growth rate is difficult to achieve during the 10th Plan due to drought, but added that the target is not impossible if the challenges are faced unitedly shunning political differences. Vajpayee said this while winding up the discussion on the motion of thanks to President's address in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.
