The two mega refineries located on the coast of Gulf of Kutch will cause more pressure on the fragile eco-system of the Marine National Park, said principal secretary of forests and environment, P Basu while sounding an alarm about possibility of enormous damage to the marine eco-system if a disaster takes place.
