For the first time in Assam, the rural wondercrafts will blend with those from the rest of the Indian States to present an exquisite range of products created by the magical hands of rural artisans in the "Regional Saras 2004" at the Assam Engineering Institute playground here from February 25 to March 5. A total of 250 stalls covering each state of the country will display products in this exhibition-cum-sale event, organized by the Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, Assam, to boost the rural economy by promoting marketing avenues for rural products.
