Tata Energy Research Institute has set up a centre for regulatory studies with a view to making regulation in infrastructure sector more effective and meaningful, said Teri director R.K. Pachauri on Thursday. The centre will look into various aspects of regulation and policy in areas of power and hydrocarbons.
