The State Government has allotted Rs 2 crore 90 lakh 70 thousand to Dewas district for transporting of drinking water in rural areas. In yet another order, the chief secretary Avani Vaish accorded sanction of Rs 33 crore 92 lakh 22 thousand for the frost-affected farmers of Sehore district. Besides, a total amount of Rs 21 crore 26 lakh was also allotted to other five districts. Among the districts, an amount of Rs 9 crore 13 lakh to Damoh district, Rs 6 crore 4 lakh to Mandla district, Rs 4 crore to Katni, Rs 1 crore 56 lakh to Neemuch and a sum of Rs 53 lakh 90 thousand was provided to Seoni district.
