The reported decision to make public all contracts relating to the Dabhol Power Company is welcome, but there is growing confusion about the status of the re-negotiation of the power purchase agreement between the Maharashtra electricity board and the company.Similar public disclosure of the material facts should be made about the revised terms, before any fresh deal is signed.....(Editorial)
