State plans capacity hike to 15 pc:Karnataka, which has always taken a lead in the renewable energy sector, has set a target of increasing its installed capacity of renewable energy from the present 4 per cent to 15 per cent of the total installed capacity of all forms of power by 2010 while the national target for that period is only 10 per cent.
