US Senate Republicans will unveil a bill next month mapping out a broad strategy for the nation's energy crunch that will include opening an Alaska wildlife refuge for drilling and letting autos powered by alternative fuels use rush-hour commuter lanes, a congressional aide said on Tuesday. The bill, to be sponsored by Alaska Sen. Frank Murkowski among others, will echo many of the proposals put forward by President George W. Bush during the campaign.
