The developed countries are not standing by their commitment to provide 0.7% of their GDP as funds for the developing world towards achieving the millennium development goals, said UN Millennium Project director Jeffrey D Sachs. However, countries like Germany, France and England have reiterated their commitment in the recently held World Economic Forum to provide 0.7% of their GDP as development funding. While releasing a report on
