There is some bad news for residents of the 192-odd rural villages. The MCD claims that a project to construct 364 roads at a cost of Rs 98 crore is stuck with the Rural Development Board (RDB) of the Delhi Government. The MCD claims that it has not taken up any new road construction projects since the RDB came into the picture.
