Implementation of Food for Work programme has sparked off a fresh controversy in Orissa. Opposition parties have alleged irregularities in the utilisation of the quantum of foodgrains provided to Orissa for the programme in the wake of last floods. Significantly, the FFWPs have been drawing flak right since 1999-2000 when the State began its grimmest battle against natural calamities.
