The raging row over the Kannur power project has taken a new turn with the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) chairman, Mr Sukumar Oommen, disclosing that a decision on buying power from Ennore project in Tamil Nadu was imposed on the board by the electricity minister, Mr S Sarma.
