The Congress government has planned development of rural areas of Punjab under which villages would be provided with basic amenitis and infrastructure, Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi, MLA and Political Adviser to the Chief Minister stated this to reporters in Ferozepore today.Mr Sodhi said that Rs 90 crore had been allotted to various Municipal bodies in the state for construction of roads,provision of water, adequate ssewerage.
