An empowered committee on mega projects under the Chairmanship of the Punjba Chief Minister, Mr Amarinder Singh, has approved four mega projecs involving a total investment of more than Rs 1,000 crore. The project would be set up in and around districts of Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Ropar with a total cost of more than Rs 600 crore.
