The Centre has released an additional sum of Rs 108 crore for the development of rural areas in Jammu and Kashmir, Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed said today.Each panchayat would get Rs 4 lakh, over and above of Rs 1.5 lakh already sanctioned for the construction of schools, dispensaries and foodgrain godowns by the panchayat itself, Mr Sayeed said.
