The third gas turbine generator of captive power plants of the Eastern Region Business Centre (ERBC) of Oil and natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGCL) was commissioned by Mr R C Gourh, Director (technical), ONGCL at Lakwa Oil Field . This generator installed at a total cost of Rs 13.85 crore will generator 3 MW of power . It may be mentioned here that five other generator sets have also been commissioned in Lakwa, Geleki and Rudrasagar oil fields at a total cost of Rs 22 crore.
