Rs 2.6 cr for Nandyal town development

Nandyal Municipality in Andhra Pradesh has received Rs 2.6 crores for taking up development of road and drains in the town, according to Municipal Commissioner Rajendra Prasad. Addressing mediapersons he said that the state government had allocated the amount for the development of amenities in the town under the National Slum Development Programme and had already released two instalments of Rs 24,35000 and Rs 74,00,000.
