The Ministry of Rural Development has released Rs 29 crore as second instalment to 12 districts of Uttar Pradesh under the first stream of the Sampoorna Grameen Rojgar Yojana (SGRY) for the year 2002-03. The 12 districts have also been released more than 15,000 tonnes of rice and above 26,000 tonnes of wheat, according to an official release.
