Complimenting the state for its infrastructure development initiatives and improvement in the literacy rate, the Planning Commission approved Rs 480 crore Plan for Mizoram for 2003-04. The plan outlay was finalised at a meeting between Chief Minister Zoramthanga and Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission KC Pant in New Delhi, an official release said.
