The Centre announced a Rs 81-crore package for rural development, aimed at the economic uplift of the poor, in Jammu and Kashmir. "This will be over and above the Rs 183 crore allocated for the current fiscal. The package will especially focus on the uplift of those below the poverty line,' Union Rural Development Minister Kashi Ram Rana said here.
