The Ministry of Rural Development will cut funds of the District Development Rural Agencies (DRDAs) who had not lifted even the first installment of funds for projects in their states. Unless the DRDAs concerned submitted their project proposals by December 31, they would stand to lose funds, the Minister for Rural Development, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, said here after reviewing the progress of various programmes.
