PM's Office Minister Savit Bhodivihok yesterday urged opponents of power plant construction projects in Prachuap Khiri Khan to act rationally in the wake of a report they plan to close the highway to traffic again as part of their protest. "Any expression of ideas or action should remain within the law and not violate other people's rights. There must be no road blockade because that is illegal and can cause unnecessary inconvenience to others," said Mr Savit, who oversees the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
