The Supreme Court in its oral observations made during the resumed hearing of the "Delhi-vehicular pollution-control matter" expressed its concern and distress at the apathy of the authorities concerned in implementing various directions issued by the Court from time to time and today issued some directions for mandatory compliance by specified dates. The Court banned the plying of all 15-year-old motor commercial vehicles including buses, taxis and auto-rickshaws from October 2 in the National Capital Territory(NCT).
