The fate of the Rs 4,000 crore Mangalore Power project in Karnataka will be decided today when the Supreme Court takes up for consideration the Karnataka High Court order seeking a CBI probe into allegations of kickbacks against the promoters, Cogentrix of the US and China Light and Power of Hong Kong.The Supreme Court had earlier stayed the execution of the High Court order.
