The Supreme Court stayed the arbitration proceedings initiated by multinational Enron-promoted Dahbol Power Company for settlement of a Rs 500 crore dispute with the Maharashtra State Electricity Board and referred the matter to the Bombay High Court. DPC said it was "extremely pleased" with the apex court's order.
