The Supreme Court on Friday reserved its verdict on whether a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe should be ordered on the Rs 4,500 crore Cogentrix power project awarded by the Karnataka government. The Karnataka High Court had directed a CBI probe into the award of power projects in Karnataka to the US-based Cogentrix Company.
