A special scheme at a cost of Rs 54.92 crore has been proposed through bilateral funding by the Government of Japan for ending water shortage in Bamsan area of the district, according to Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal. Once this proposal was accepted, there would be no water shortage in the area, the Chief Minister added.
