An international scientific team stands on the brink of one of the most significant milestone in biology - deciphering the entire genetic code a human chromosome. The scientists, based at the Wellcome Trust's Sanger Centre near cambridge, England, have worked out the sequence of 60m DNA "letters" that make up Chromosome 22.
