The CPI has given a call for a demonstration outside the Dabhol Power unit on June 5 to demand immediate scrapping of the deal and the power purchase agreement. Party general secretary A B Bardhan said here in a statement on Tuesday that apart from the Dabhol workers, a large number of industrial workers and activists of the Enron Virodhi Sangharsh Samiti would take part in the protest action.
