The Wescare group of companies has set up a 20 MW windfarm near Putluru in the Ananthpur district of Andhra Pradesh. However, the Rs 125-crore project faces a prospect of strained revenue inflows due to a new ruling of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission(SERC).
