Taking the concept of "Governance Through Bhagidari " further, the Delhi Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit, today informed that the next focus of her Government would be to improve the infrastructure and functioning of government and government aided schools. Also emphasis would be laid on upgrading the health sector including working of government hospitals through quality management programme.
