In view of the expected transport crisis in the capital from April 1, the Delhi government has come out with many incentives to private bus operators for purchasing CNG buses. The incentives which were announced by the government after being rapped by the Supreme Court, range from "interest subsidy" on loans to "sales tax exemption" for purchases of CNG-run vehicles.
