Royal Dutch/Shell and Siemens Solar GmbH said yesterday they had reached an agreement to launch a joint venture in solar energy. The joint venture will be 34 percent owned by Siemens AG, 33 percent by Shell and 33 percent by utility E.ON Energie AG .
