A new way of harnessing the sun's rays could cut the cost of producing electricity in hot countries. Solargen, A Cambridge company, claims its design for a solar-pwer plant will bring electricity to communities that cannot afford it at the moment. It will halve the cost of electricity for villagers who rely on environment solar panels or diesel-powered generators.
