India's largest grid interactive solar photovoltaic power plant of 200 Kwp capacity is being setup at Khatkar Kalan, ancestral village of martyr Bhagat Singh, at a cost of Rs 7 crore. Union Minister for Non-convention Energy Resources M. Kannappan laid the foundation stone at a high-profile function here on March 23, the Martyrdom Day.
