The Union Minister of state for Rural Development, Mr. Anna Saheb M K Patil today directed the Government of Assam to spend all funds given by the Ministry during the current financial year to the state Government within February 15 and submit utilisation certificate. He said without that it would be difficult for the Ministry to sanction further funds.
