The Maharashtra government is likely to call upon the government of India to take over the deal it has signed with the Dabhol Power Corporation, failing which the state is all in favour of getting out of the deal.In fact, that is what the entire Maharashtra cabinet, including deputy chief minister Chhagan Bhujbal and agriculture minister Ranjit Deshmukh have demanded in a meeting held on Tuesday.
