In a brainstorming session that took place in Mantralaya on Wednesday, senior officials of the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) and the state government including a battery of lawyers from both sides took stock of the situation after the rescission notice slapped on Enron. It is learnt that the state government has in-principle agreed to the MSEB move to rescind the PPA under Indian Contract Act.
