State's annual Plan outlay Rs 4,025 cr.

Kerala today received approval from the Planning Commission for its largest-ever Plan outlay for 2002-03, which was pegged at Rs 4,025 crore, with an additional Central assistance of Rs 4,025 crore, with an additional 75 crore. The Plan outlay was approved during discussions held by Chief minister A K Antony with Planning Commission Deputy Chairman K C Pant and other members.
