Sweden to delay nuclear reactor closure

Sweden's plans to phase out nuclear power hit a fresh setback when the government admitted it would have to delay the closure of a key reactor. The Barseback 2 reactor, which is situated in the far south of the country, was earmarked to be closed by July next year but is now unlikely to be shut down before 2003 at the earliest.
