In order to resolve the imbroglio over payment crises between the State electricity board (MSEB) and the US energy major Enron-promoted Dabhol Power Company (DPC), Maharashtra will set up 'an experts' committee for negotiations' even as the multinational is contemplating winding up of its operations in the country.
