A Thai Oil Co worker was charged yesterday with carelessness, causing the fire at the Si Racha refinery in which seven people died and 18 others were injured. Charnnarong Anmorntheppithak, charged with carelessness resulting in the death of others, was detained at Laem Chabang station for questioning about others responsible for the Dec 2 blaze, police said.
