Both major dams in Pakistan i.e. Tarbela and Mangla would soon be reaching at their dead level as there were very little rains in the catchment areas, sources said. According to details, in Tarbela dam there is 1376.61 feet water available and its dead level is said to be at 1369 feet and thus there is only about 7 feet water for release to the provinces.
