WHO : Many patients infected with TB are gradually returning to Government hospitals following disillusionment with the private-run medical services, says a WHO in a recent report.About 70 percent of new TB cases opt for treatment in the private sector after initial diagnosis, perceiving it to be "more effective" and easily accessible, but later they switch to Government hospitals, the report says.
