NEW DELHI: The week ended on a harrowing note for most Delhiites with water-logging and traffic jams playing spoilsport for yet another day on Friday because of rain. The rain also claimed a young girl's life in Dilshad Garden due to electrocution. Thirteen-year-old Priya was going home when she came in contact with a live wire lying in a pool of water inside her school premises around noon and was electrocuted. She was declared brought dead at Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital.
