Two days after the Supreme Court order on conversion of Delhi's public transport vehicles to CNG took effect, it is painfully evident that the denizens of the capital have been denied justice. They are being made to pay a price for what, by no reckoning, is their fault. The apex court can argue that it has been known for some time now that public transport in Delhi will have to shift to CNG - the fuel it has chosen because it is cleaner than diesel or petrol....(Editorial)
