The cycle of claims and counter-claims between the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) and the Dabhol Power Company (DPC) has reached a point where the only way the imbroglio can be resolved is by renegotiations.The process of both parties slapping claims on the each other helps neither even as it leaves unaddressed the basic problems in the project.....(Editorial).
