The Delhi government ran out of time today to issue special permits to transport operators who had booked either new CNG vehicles or booked for converting existing vehicles. The shortfall is expected to be around 900 for buses. For autorickshaws (TSR), the shortfall was not exactly known as permits were bring issued till late in the evening.
