The Union Minister of State for Finance, Senji Ramachandran, today said the Tamil Nadu government was not properly utilising funds allotted by the Centre under various schemes. A sum of Rs 26.14 crores allotted for schemes in drought-prone areas in 2000-2001 was not spent.
