Hisashi Ouchi, one of three JCO Co. workers exposed to massive amounts of radiation in the Japan's worst nuclear accident in September, died of multiple organ failure Tuesday night, doctors said. He was 35. Ouchi, became the first person to die from radiation exposure in the nation's nuclear power industry and the first nuclear accident fatality since the Chernobyl disaster in 1986.
